Celtic Spirituality invites an awareness to a unique belonging with one’s soul and with the soul of all of creation.

This retreat will explore several of the main themes which can be found in the essence of Christian Celtic Spirituality, offering an ancient way to navigate life today. These include Blessing, Soul friendship, Thresholds, Dreaming and Life as Pilgrimage.

Using imagery, music, story and creative expression, participants will be given time to reflect and consider these themes. Woven into the weekend will be Celtic music, song and poetry.

On the Celtic Way will offer you time to walk, relax, sit quietly, listen, and reflect on your journey with God and share with others.

Take some time with your own inner landscape to be enlivened by the beauty of creation through the Celtic Way with others!

The Jesuit Villa House...

Is located at Gerroa on the Illawarra Coast just south of Kiama and is approximately 2 hours from Sydney CBD. Situated only metres from the beach, the Jesuit Villa House, has expansive views overlooking Seven Mile Beach and the National Park. The sheer beauty of the surroundings and ever changing nature of the beachscape makes this an ideal location to take time out to relax and reflect.

The Villa offers each guest his or her own room. Whilst bathroom facilities are shared they are located very close to the bedrooms. The Villa also has a large kitchen, dining room and common room for use during the Retreat.
